Hi,
We've just written a new 40+ House Buying Tricks guide. It's not linked to anywhere yet, so is there anything you think we should add/tweak first please.
Any thoughts/sense checks from the experts would be greatly appreciated. Also if you've got your own tip or experience others could learn from, please let me know and I'll add it in.

Joking aside, it does need more proof-reading - for example in the Use Our Checklist for Faults section, paragraph 2, the thing in which I keep my cutlery is a kitchen drawer.0
