Lloyds tsb personal online banking

If you ever reach 99 statements in online banking, your statement will not show recent transactions. Lloyds are trying to put this right ( another advantage of being with your bank a long time) Computer system was only designed for 0-99.

I've not noticed that and my last paper statement said it was in excess of 100.

Maybe other conditions need to be met as well.

I've been with them for over 10 years, but only really used them after they introduced the high-interest Vantage accounts (the first time they were 4%)

It depends which heritage you came from "77" or "30" for the former Lloyds accounts the statement nos are continuous, and for TSB once you get to 99 you go back to 01 again..

I seem to recall that was once a problem but that was sorted many years ago.

AFAICS they don't even use page numbers any more (ex-TSB 77 sort code).
  • The explanation was given to me by the Accounts team @Lloyds, and has been put right today. I'm from the 77 lot. Perhaps they have to manually intervene to put it right. They also took of no paper statements then i had to reinstate it. Much much better Cust service than Santander who had an appallingly slow web server problem all over the weekend. Not sure whether it was down to network congestion where the isp's are peered or it was actually a capacity problem their end. Recently got £25.00 compensation from Santander because of the bad info i was fed from their Call Centre. heres a tip do a search for a senior director of Santander(Director of Customer Experience is a good one), work out the format of his email address, usually firstname.lastname and go for gold...... he really got things moving.

    Well.

I've been with Lloyds tsb for 15 years and have an 87 sort code. My statements dont have a page number, but I've just checked and I can get any statement back to 1st July 2002. Must have well over a 1000 pages such use I make of my account!
