Nice story but that's a long way from being a German Shepherd! Looks more like a St Bernard cross to me.

Yup, and then further down they go on about the dog being GS again and again....
Goergeous dog anyway.. but definitely anatolian shepherd (mix probably) and not a GS0 -

I personally would get a massive kick from tying HIM to the railway...right across the line...when a train was coming...!0
