Bought a second hand car with a panasonic CD player stereo radio. Unfortunately the seller of the car hadn't kept the manual and the stereo looked a bit complicated and I was sure it had facilities that I might not be aware of.
So I looked on Panasonic's website but the manual for the model in question wasn't there for downloading (probably a bit old). I emailed Panasonic and asked if they could help and within a few days a photocopy of the manual (and very heavy it was too) dropped through my letter box.
I come across a lot of unhelpful customer service so ignore those companies when considering purchases in the future. So when this happens I am very happy indeed!
Well done to Panasonic especially as I hadnt actually bought this product, but now I can enjoy this car stereo for a while to come and I will put Panasonic at the top of my brands to consider list in the future.
