Griffin case for ipad 3?

Hi folks,

Getting an ipad 3 for our wee lad to help him with his autism and speech and ordered this case from amazon.

Says that it will fit ipad 3 as well as ipad 2.

Just wondering is the ipad 3 much the same dimensions as ipad 2 so that there will be no problem with case?

Bought this in pink for my ipad 2. height and width are the same, but ipad 3 is slightly deeper by .6mm, however it does say in reviews that people with ipad 3 have used it.

Slightly annoying with this case on to move icons over pages, I find you have to get it shaking by being on the very right hand side of the edge (of the app) to move it enough over the edge of the screen to get it onto another screen, aside that, pretty decent, though does make the ipad quite a bit heavier, and the screen edges on the plastic case inside the rubber outside end up as a trap for bits of dust, food, or anything, so I occasionally remove mine to clean it.
