Paypal Have Refunded £5.00 for Express Payments

Absolutely shocked to log into my paypal account this morning to find that paypal have refunded all the £5.00 payments I made for the faster bank transfer option I have made for 2012.
I had read they were going to do this, but really did not expect it to happen!

They were originally going to have this faster refund thing ready for January.

I got £185.00 back from them so a pleasant surprise, had not logged into my account all weekend, it was done 20th October but I had not received any email to say they had done the refund.0
