Google Chrome problem

Internet security was due for renewal so yesterday my husband installed Norton 360. Now Google Chrome doesn't load up properly all I get is a blank blue screen. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

I gave up on Chrome when i had so many problems that wouldn't go away and started using Firefox.
Try something else and run them both together until you can sort it.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Uninstall Norton as that is the cause, use something else, Avira, Avast, AVG etc.0
