should i set this up with a static ip as i keep losing connection when router is re-booted? if so, what ip should i give it?

I have a DNS-323 and have given that a static IP and have no problems with it so doing so certainly won't make things worse. IMO it's pretty much irrelevant what IP you actually use.0
