How do I fix blind? (pics)

I have a roller blind that is opening less and less. I cannot pull the cord any further as there is a stopper on it (not sure what correct term is), but the blind has only gone 18inches up from the bottom. Hopefully the pics below will show this better

I was going to take the blind down but the screws you can see in the second picture are obstructed by the front pulley bit so not sure how you are supposed to get to them.
Any ideas?

Yes, I have some the exact same and the reason for this (from what I can see) is the cardboard inner tube of the blind is loose around the plastic mechanism that opens the blind. Some of mine went same way and I think it stemmed from the blinds getting stuck due to tight fitting up to the top of the window opening which looks like you have done too from the pics. Just remove the blind from the clips securing it to the window and turn the little opening mechanism round to give you more length of cord for opening then re-fit.0

Hi, I can't seem to see anyway to unclip it.0

I think it is on a spring if you can keep pushing it to the side (the other end of the screw bit) it should pop out.
I had to fiddle about for about half an hour trying to get it off.
Hope this works for you :beer:0 -
The white bit on the opposite (R) side of the blind is more flexible and is the side you should open, as it's just a bendy L shaped piece instead.
Then you can take the roll down and retighten it - and pull the beaded bit back down again before repositioning the blind.
[yes, I have had some of these blinds in the past - they're cheap, but good enough, really]I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Hi, I was concentrating on the pulley side and getting nowhere but as you say it's much easier taking it off from the other side.
I now have a blind going all the way up and don't have to sit in the dark anymore
Thanks.0 -
