My son had a meeting at the job centre today at 9.15am. He's not able to go as has a sickness bug. I've been trying to get through since 9am. When I finally get through will anything be recorded on his notes for a late phone call? He has already been given 2 notes for being late (only by a few minutes) to sign on. He has to get a bus there and traffic on the roads or the amount of people that gets on the bus or if the bus is too full and doesn't stop, is out of his control!

If he is continually late and misses anymore appointments then he might get a sanction at some point, can he not catch an earlier bus?0
-
Yes he could do. I'm more concerned about not being able to get through now though!0

Shouldn't he be the one who's phoning?0

Well if could stop being sick he would. It's all sorted now.0
