Paid for theme in listings but not showing

I listed 3 items yesterday, using eBay's standard selling tool (not turbo lister or anything else). All of the items I chose a theme and it all displayed fine when previewing the listings, but now they've been submitted, the theme doesn't show.
If I select 'sell a similar item', the theme is selected when editing the new item, and when I revise the listings, the theme is selected, so I know it should be there.
Has anyone else had this? Will they eventually appear, or should I contact ebay? I know it's only 21p in total, but that's not really the point!

Just been on the live chat. Seems like it's a known problem their technicians are trying to solve.
So if anyone else is having the same issue, they're looking at it.0
