    Hi Win. Have you thought about an IVA? this may be a suitable alternative to bankruptcy.
    I suggest you get in touch with your local CAB, National Debtline or CCCS and have a chat through all the different options with them to see which would suit you best.
    As a quick starting point are you getting all the help/benefits you are entitled to? Disable band relief on the council tax being the first one that leapt out at methat may be worth investigating.
    Do start a new thread and I'm sure you'll get loads of help and advice.
