Nationwide Flex Account

Hi All,
I applied for a Flex account on the 12th of this month using the telephone, after I had been told everything had gone through ok I was told that I had also been approved for the Select Credit Card.
I have since received my Debit card and internet banking details, but have not seen or heard anymore about the credit card.
When I log into internet banking I can see my Flex account and Mortgage, but again, no mention of a credit card.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes, as the website suggests 5 to 10 days.
Cheers

I've had a letter through the post saying I've been approved, but I didn't want it, so it went no further.0 -
Yes I took them up as they said no further credit searches would need to be done.
They asked if I wanted to balance transfer anything to it while I was on the phone, I said no to that, but they said if I changed my mine I could transfer a balance if I wished by phoning after I recieved the card.
Guess I'll need to give them a call tomorrow, as the 0% for 12 months on purchases would be quite useful at the moment.0
