That'd explain the gradually worsening headache I've had for the last day or so.
Btw, fellow MK citizens, have you seen what someone's done to the Concrete Cows? They've been repainted with skeletons!

I couldn't believe what I was seeing when we drove past them the other day!

Brown dog has gone, and BD has moved back in.:( I'm seriously lacking in motivation today, so if anyone feels like giving me a boot up the backside, feel free, as I need to get the lounge and hall and the bathroom done.

  • Anyone got a good solution to a smelly kitchen sink? OH is terrible for putting any food waste that will fit down the plughole so now we have a very stinky sinky!

bleach and hot water... and spray the plug hole with kitchen cleaner or a drop of disinfect every now and again... oh and tell OH NOT to stuff food waste down the plughole, silly man  x

Afternoon, thank you for list Dusty.

I've been popping in and out doing bits over the last couple of weeks but I know have the builders in so it's a case of damage limitation. It will be worth it, it will be worth it, it will be worth it!

I'm going to flap round the house doing a few bits to try and keep on top of the mess. Maybe, sort out a drawer or filing cabinet or two.

Actually, think i'll go walk the dog first!

Hugs to all in need xx
  • Thanks BB, it's down to sheer laziness that he does it!

    Afternoon!

I have eaten a Frog! Done battle with the bonnet, and managed to open it. Added screen wash, checked oil and water, wd40 into door locks, Vaseline round rubber door jams (seem to freeze on this car...), vinegar on windscreen and wipers and anti-mist solution to interior windscreen.

The car is bl@@dy filthy again despite a recent wash, but that will have to wait. It is now frost-ready!
