Calm down :p The lists are just ideas, do you honestly think I'll achieve all of it this week and I write it! Anything you do is great, anything you don't forget it (it'll be back on in the next few weeks for sure).

I know its not set in stone what to do n everything and to pick n choose what to do. I have a birthday party at mine next saturday tho so I really would like to be on top of everything as I possibly can be as it will make my life so much easier.

When I have a party normally, I hide everything away in my bedroom or the room of doom and close the doors, and things never end up getting sorted out. Would be sooooooo nice to be on top of things for this party and also for christmas time so I can just enjoy things rather than fretting about tidying etc. :o

I like lists and crossing things off as it helps me stay motivated and on target.

I should be a little better by tomorrow as DD goes to her dads so I will have more time available to sort everything out.

I think I must have had just a liiiiiiiiittle too much coffee yesterday. Manic flying followed by a night of not much sleep - spent listening to Romney and Obama - I now feel grim. That's a problem because I've just taken two 'phone calls from people wanting accommodation from tonight and that means setting to and sorting out both rooms and not having the house to myself after all. At least the shower room's clean!
    Better is good enough.

  • Anyone got a good solution to a smelly kitchen sink? OH is terrible for putting any food waste that will fit down the plughole so now we have a very stinky sinky!
