HELP! Questions re: memory & additional internet connection...

the system idle status is nothing to worry about. it is as it says idle. the processor reuses clock cycles i believe and that actually is used in the cooling process.

hrmmm as well as this perhaps you have an incorrectly installed device driver?
control panel->system->hardware-device manager does anything have an ! by it?

(i think its an '!' but it could be a '?')

Nope....no '!' or '?'....will let you all know what happens when I get the memoey stick & the 2MB connection!

One last question-once I've got the madasafish 2mb installed-can I have BOTH connections on at one time or will it have to be one or the other?

theoretically yes, but i dont know really how each application would know which network to use for the internet

Memory is pretty cheap - definitely upgrade and go for 512mb http://www.crucial.com/uk/

Use the option to "Scan My System" and it will select exactly the memory you need to be compatible with your Motherboard.
