La Redoute - Help Please!

I don't know where to post this.

I ordered some trousers from La Redoute on 1/04/07 (10 days ago).

I had a confirmation e-mail but nothing since....

No dispatch e-mail and no parcel....

How long does it take?

Thanks:A

    Hello lfc4ever

I'll move your thread to 'The (Consumer) Vent' board.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

It takes at least 2 weeks for them to despatch a parcel.

Their free phone number is 0500777777 (thanks to saynoto0870!).

They can take an age to send out goods, sometimes up to a month later.

I had this problem and it turned out that they don't send items to your work address if it's the first time that you have bought from them.. is this the case with you perhaps?
nothing to see here, move along...

I always have a problem ordering with them online - they never include your customer account number in any emails so I can't log in to check orders etc. when I am at work and I don't even have any paperwork for them at home. I always end up just paying by debit card everytime and hoping for the best!
