Halifax Overdraft fees?

If u use the overdraft (only a £10) for a few minutes because u make a mistake when paying a bill or transferring money but then transfer money to bring the account back into credit do the Halifax still charge per day?

You'll only pay fees if your account is overdrawn at the end of the day.

...so I suppose the answer to your questions is 'it depends on what time of day you're making payments/transferring money'. 4:00pm you're OK...23:55pm (or whatever time end of day minus 5 mins is) you have a problem!

Think you may be OK to bring it back into credit by 2359 hours, though I would admit it is cutting it fine.

If you bank online with us, you can transfer money from other accounts up to midnight to avoid daily fees or debit interest

You just got to make sure its there before midnight.....
