HDD/DVD connector > S-ATA connector adapter required, but can't find

Basically all my S-ATA connectors running from my PSU are occupied.
I have a spare HDD/DVD 4 pin connector which conveniently is hovering around the drive bays.

I searched for an adapter on eBay but only things resembling RAM chips turned up.
As it's right at the location i need, i don't need a whopping cable. In fact i don't need any cable at all if i can help it - just a connector.

I'm looking at buying a new SSD so will be requiring a S-ATA connector, but as i say, i don't have one.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction? Many thanks.
