 Given so many recorded deliveries don't get signed for or updated online, or they might refuse delivery of it, then it's often best to send it from TWO post offices with proof of postage. That way, if it went to court, it would be HIGHLY unlikely that they didn't at least receive one of them.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
