What do you mean by 'claim disability'?
You will generally not need to sign off, but the amount of benefit you are entitled to may be entitled.
Contact the number on any letter about your disability benefit.

DLA is entirely unaffected by you, or your partner working, and in general is ignored.
Is there a reason you are also not claiming employment and support allowance?
You can claim this, though very little will be paid due to your partners wage at the moment.
However, it would entitle you as a couple to working tax credits on the grounds of your disability.

You need to let the job centre know about you partner's job if you haven't already done so.

You should consider claiming ESA as the other poster mentioned

You do not need to let the job centre know if you're claiming DLA, and your partner begins work.
It's not a change that is relevant.

Even if the partner (or you) wins the lottery.

If it's a JSA "joint claim" then the fact that one of the partners in this has begun work must surely be relevant to a claim for JSA.

    Apologies, I misread.
In a joint claim, savings and other income does actually count.

I'd read it as the partner had been on JSA, gone into work, and the OPs only income was DLA HRM.
