EDF not billing me

Hi,
I have not received a bill from EDF for electricity 02/11, I had one sent to me the other day but then that was deleted and the money refunded to my account (9/10/12) which was my first bill. I have been paying my monthly payments and they currently have a credit in my account of £811. I have previously requested bills and been told that there was an issue at switch over now 20 months ago.
My gas account is the same as I got duel fuel but I have had a statement £106.49 for the standing charges but with no usage, I asked them to look into this and they messaged me back stating that I had my bill and that was that. I am currently in credit for £326 for my gas.
What is my best course of action? Should I ask them to envoke the billing code?
My biggest problem is I am unable to compare prices and make any possible savings!
Thanks

You can ask them, but you've already paid them over £800!
As it sounds that is more than enough to cover your consumption, why not get them to bill you, and revise your monthly DD payments downwards if you are indeed overpaying them?0 -

Even in the absence of bills, you have your current meter readings, and you presumably have a note of the opening readings from 20m ago? If so, you can calculate with sufficient accuracy for comp site purposes what your annual kWh consumption is.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

You need to get to the bottom of the problem so raising a complaint seems appropriate as they have "unbilled" your account and refunded your payments which is an irresponsible course of action unless they had Erroneously Transferred (ET) you hence are not your supplier.
You could then consider the billing code for their errors.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
