Had so much trouble with this company, be warned don't let their low quotes fool you. After sales customer service is non existent and am still waiting refund of payment for a cancelled policy. Disgraceful service

I had their car and travel insurance-found the travel insurance very quick when I claimed,in fact I put them on the 5star service board.

I have never understood their claim not to have callcentres, when they have several contact telephone numbers on their site. And surely you must speak to them to report a claim as well?

i have always found them very good. only problem i had was a post office refusing to accept the certificate that i had printed out as intructed - however i took it elsewhere and it was fine.

think they tell you this to discourage you,but there is a human voice you can speak to.
