1. The competition is open to anyone over the age of 16 with the exception of employees and relatives of Capital Shopping Centres, Dreamworks Animation and Metrocentre's on site service providers (Inviron and Europa) and anyone professionally associated with the above. No purchase required.


2. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules and agree that the decision of Metrocentre / Capital Shopping Centres is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.


3. All entry instructions will form part of these terms and conditions.


4. The prize is subject to availability.


5. To enter please complete the official entry form available on https://www.metrocentre.uk.com by the specified closing date.


6. The closing date for this competition is 30th November 2012 – if you cannot find the competition expiry or start date then please contact Metrocentre Centre Management on 0191 4930200. Metrocentre /Capital Shopping Centres will not consider entries received after the specified date and time. Winners will be drawn and notified within 5 working days of the draw.


7. The prize is specified as available at the time of the draw. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for any prize. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternative prize will be offered.


8. The prize winner will be drawn at random by an independent person.


9. Metrocentre / Capital Shopping Centres reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
