Hi,
Posted an item to a buyer this morning (Saturday) from a post office using Parcelforce Express24.
Just checked the tracking number on the receipt and it is showing as not valid / no details.
Is this normal on a Saturday?
Getting concerned as the item is worth £80.
Luckily its insured if lost, but could become a lot of aggro!

I had that with a special delivery item in the week, number continually showed up as 'not valid'. It did arrive after 2 days though and RM have said I can claim my postage element back- and they didn't seem at all susprised about the lack of any tracking.
In all the years I have been selling that is only the 2nd time I have ever had any issues with special delivery, the other being about 9 years ago. Parcelforce only officially work Monday to Friday (unless you use their Saturday delivery service). It won't likely be in their system until Monday..0

parcelforce deliver on a saturday - but they do not collect from post offices on a saturday. A parcelforce 24 sent on a saturday is guaranteed for tuesday as there is no sorting done over the weekend...0

Your parcel will not be picked till Monday & once at the National Hub, the tracking will update0
