I changed supplier from EDF to NPOWER back in may and agreed to pay £70 elec,and £50 gas per month i placed my first reading 2 weeks ago 2 days later still no update so i phoned the customer care line , twice i was on the phone for 40 minutes plus still no answer i finally got through to be told there was an issue with website so i asked why i had only had £234 in credit when id paid £500 and still no bill so the question was why are you only taking £79 it wAS SUPPOSED TO BE £120 they said it still had not been set up 6 months later and finally after i got a bill for my present reading it just showed a total of what i'd used and amount the info was very poor with no clarity the edf website compared to npower was not in the same league i really believe they confuse the website to make it difficult to compare so i asked when my lock in period ended 31st may i will be switching the end of april ...Baahhh
