Thank you both, Suki, I saw the cream you are referring to in the old thread I linked to, I might get some and use it at night but I am concerned about Fire Foxes comments re certain oils feeding the problem, I shall research more into that.
Fire Fox, I'm not sure what anti inflammatory foods are, again more research is needed, I would be willing to change my diet if it would be beneficial but I would not be prepared to gain weight but I'm sure I can work round this:)
Inflammatory foods are part of what called “inflammatory diet” which isn’t really as it sound because it is not an actual diet with actual food list. It is simply a way of eating healthy food to avoid internal inflammation in your body that could cause health problems.
But really if you just eat right and healthy and have an idea on how to gain weight you can avoid the food that will make you fat and follow a healthy lifestyle.0
