Parking Eye Parking Charge Notice
I have just received a 'parking charge notice' from Parking Eye. The 'offence' was on the 6th October 2012, as this is after 1st October 2012 and the law has now apparently changed should still completely ignore the letter (and all future letters) or pay the charge?
FYI there are two cctv images on the letter clearly showing the registration plate on entry to and from the car park. The charge has been issued as this car park is free for up to 30mins and then you pay after that point. I was a little longer than thought (48mins).
What should I do?

The advice is still to ignore but you'll probably get more responses if you post in the Parking Tickets sub forum0

Yes, little has really changed - Ignore, or make an appeal to them, then take it to POPLA, cost them some money, then Ignore. Choice is yours.
CCTV images, have no meaning in the private parking context - Just another scare tactic and even in legit enforcement they are last in the evidential line.0 -
Thanks for both your replies.
I have now posted this in the correct section.0 -
I had a parking ticket from Parking Eye earlier this year with 2 photos of my car on. Got 2 further reminders and that was it. Not heard anything since in 4 months.0
