Unlikely: the fact that it went as far as attachment of earnings does not look good. Why can't you pay the CCJ off, presumably you have saved a deposit? The quicker you settle the CCJ the quicker it will fall of your credit file. Have you got your credit reports from Experian and Equifax to see if there is anything else that needs cleaning up, do you have excellent conduct with any credit facilities - mobile contracts, overdrafts? Are you registered to vote?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

not registered to vote and i have around £1000 saved so far,i have 2 contract phones which get paid.im currently saving 500amonth.0

It is a legal requirement to register to vote and affects your credit worthiness so get this sorted ASAP. Can you pay off the CCJ with the savings you have at present? IIRC it will remain on your record for six years after it is satisfied.
If you have only been saving for two months you are a tad premature thinking about mortgages, you need a 10% deposit, money for survey/ mortgage application/ conveyancing, three months mortgage payments in case of illness or injury, removals, money for repairs decorating and furniture.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
ok thanks for the info i currently owe around 2000 on ccj then gotta save my !!! off and if did get mortgage prob only get around 30k.0

If you have the money saved up enough to pay the CCJ off, pay it off. It will affect your ability to get a mortgage for up to 6 years after it is satisfied. If you pay it off now, you bring forward how quickly you can get a mortgage by a year and a half if not more. You wouldn't be worse off or have less for a deposit in a year and a half time as you'd be able to put aside more.0

It's six years from registration, not six years from satisfaction.
Wayne - TBH you aren't going to get a mortgage anytime soon.
You need to save a deposit. The minimum is 10% of the purchase price for those with an unblemished credit record. With a CCJ showing, it may be 25%, or even more, needed for the deposit.I am a mortgage broker.
