Hi Dizzy,
If you enter your details into https://www.entitledto.gov.uk, this will give you an idea of your entitlement.
Hope you get something sorted xGone ... or have I?0 -

After you have checked the entitledto.co.uk board, do remember that you can go to the CAB for advice, there may be leaflets you can pick up if you don't have a printer to print off advise you get on the Internet.
Good luckToday, my BEST is good enough.0 -

You may be able to get housing benefit, council tax benefit.
Not sure about the income support as you are working at the moment, once the baby is born and if you are unable to go back to work then i would assume you would get income support.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

HB and CTB should be your first call, to ensure you can keep paying the rent. Then Tax Credits - if you're not getting them, claim, them. If you are getting them, tell them what's happened.
Presume you do more than 16 hrs work? otherwise you could claim Income Support.
Make sure you let HB/CTB and tax Credits know if anyhting changes as you'll either lose out or get overpaid. Changes that mean more money can often only be backdated up to a month (if reported within a month), but chnages that mean less money can be taken back years, so make sure you keep them up to date!0 -

Just to say the OP is 22 at the moment i don't think she is entitled to them, maybe once the baby is born she will be entitled to child tax credits.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

Yep, fair point zara, looks like it's gonna be SMP + HB/CTB for now, then IS or Work + CTC/WTC after the baby comes along.0

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.
