Npower & getting usage info so I can switch
We have been trying for a week now to check our gas usage, so we can evaluate a new deal before ALL the energy providers put their prices up.
Very frustrated, called several times, systems appear to have been down all week, and despite being told that we would get a call-back, this hasn't happened.
Now we've rung on a Saturday - and been told there is no account info till Monday on account of a systems upgrade.
Should I make a plan just based on our electricity ( which is with another provider)?

Details of your previous annual consumption should be on your nPower bill0 -
Each supplier provides an annual statement which gives you actual and projected kWh usage. Or just calculate it from bills covering approx one year.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
