Ok very strange problem here im having with IE using Windows 7
When I change web pages as its changing the last web page pops up then goes off, this is only for a slip second. Also on google home page when im typing the letters are slower than im typing so when ive done typing and look up the letters are still filling the box very annoying.

All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

The problem is in the question - internet explorer. Have you considered using something like Firefox or Chrome instead?0

At the very least something like Chrome would
a. elicit whether IE or your computer in general is to blame
b. give you an alternative if you have browser problems.
Having two browsers is a very prudent precaution these days.0 -
A few thoughts.....
Completely Shut-down & Reboot - is the issue still there ?
If so download and run CCleaner
This is a good tool for cleaning out all the rubbish accumulated when browsing.
You don't need to install CCleaner to your hard drive - it is a "Standalone Executable". So, if you prefer, download to a USB Stick / SD Card and run from there.
If this does still not resolve the issue then I would be inclined to undertake a System Restore (to a time when all was well) :-
Hope this helps.0
