It is worth asking, but if they feel you need supervision they may object because of the low staffing levels. Plus, unless you intend to remain on nights permanently, it does not remedy the issues you have been having.

I am going to write a letter to the manager anyway this issue needs to be solved before it gets out of hand whether I have to do the probhation again or not it is worth mentioning.

I just need to see the doctor and put his side to it as soon as I can get an appointment.

I swore them all to confidentiality but three of my most trusted collegues/ friends have been told I am feeling down and I think they can attest to the problems.

Don't faff around writing letters, ask for half an hour to sit and talk to her.

What "side" are you wanting/ expecting from the doctor?

In your first post you claimed that your relapse was over, are you now suggesting it is not?

The doctor cannot state categorically that your poor performance was due to the depression. It may have been, depression can impair concentration, but even if it was, you need to look at ways to move forward, not excuses for what has happened in the past.
  • My employer was very sympathetic and told me to take time off. she understood performance was due to ill health and told me to get well.
  • I really do regret chasing away sarel during my last episode she would of given so much advice. feel like the boy who cried wolf atm
