Home contents insurance for rented accommodation

Hi there,
I’ve recently moved into a 3 bedroom privately rented property and need to get some home contents insurance organised, however I’m struggling a little to find a reasonable quote.
I’m looking for a policy that covers:
• only my contents within the rented property (not the other 2 people I live with)
• Approx £2000 insured within the home
• Approx £1000 insured outwith the home
• Laptop
• Bicycles (within and outwith the home).
At the moment, my search has revealed a large number of companies who will not insure people who rent a room in private accommodation, in addition to companies who think people on average own a minimum of £45,000 for contents within the home (I wish…)!
So far I’ve managed to get quotes from Endsleigh and Barclays (the latter of which is winning at the moment with the cheapest quote which includes a £50 cash-back…is this too good to be true?), but was hoping to contact a few other insurance companies to get a better idea of the market.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
