Wow, if their delivery cost is £30 to them, yet they're only charging £6.99 and £35 for the item, I'd imagine that they'd lose moeny on that sale.

Did nobody tell them, that as a business they have to accept returns, in accordance with the law.

funny, if a buyer didnt like reading and just skipped straight to the bottom it does say returns accepted on their returns policy

Very interesting company indeed.

The company registration No on the listing does not relate to Chum Ltd it relates to https://www.padeol.com which is owned by the same people. Interestingly there are 2 addresses related to these companies, both streets next to each other.

The seller may also be related to ebay shop http://stores.ebay.co.uk/petesteem slightly different phone numbers but same fax number and email

So clearly the seller should be fully aware of DSR.
