    I got the 'christmas goodies' offer 6 4 £55 I think.

Does anyone know which hampers you get in it?

Cos I've forgotten & need to allocate presents.

From memory it's 2 galaxy, 2 'just add cheese' and 2 with christmas cake etc. in.

If you look in the £24.99 ones it's the christmas basket shown there, and the just add cheese one. http://www.thenorfolkhampercompany.co.uk/christmas-hampers--gifts-185-c.asp

Phone them up and ask if they have some cards or stickers, they seem to have such a good customer service and plus it would be an advertising chance for them. i thought it was a very good business idea of yours.

I havent ordered from them but its so nice to see a small company doing so well.

I need to give 2 of them as gifts tomorrow, but I will definitely contact them about it for the other 2 (and there are some galaxy hampers in the set of 6 I've ordered for christmas too). I suppose the majority of their hampers have the company name on the products they're selling, so they would have a 'branded' feel.

I agree about the customer service - it's been excellent :)

  • I have emailed before & always had quick replies but I emailed twice last week & have heard nothing back. Does anyone have an alternative email address for them?

I didn't get email reply this week either. I think it's because the person who deals with email is away at an exhibition. I called them and they were very helpful, and called me back after they'd looked into my query :)

  • Been over to the Norfolk Hamper shop today (I don’t live too far away) & ordered my 12 hampers for £90, I will pick them up next month (fortunately they are letting me have them all in one go.) I was there ages deciding which ones to get & the lady couldn’t have been more helpful - & patient as I kept changing my mind!
They all look lovely, it was hard to choose, but I was able to swap things about to get just what I wanted. That’s a big chunk of my Christmas shopping done now, & as someone who has made hampers in the past, I can’t see how you could do them for the same price yourself (£7.50 each!) the quality is really good - everyone will think I’ve spent loads more than I have! Highly recommended & thanks to the OP for the tip off.
Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!

Thank you for the information. Is it possible to tell us which ones you ordered, to give an idea and check what's included? Thanks
