He may have closed his twitter down, but putting @TheNHCompany in search still gets up people's tweets to him. I PM'd a person on this thread the other day about taking screen shots in case he did this (didn't post on the thread as I thought it might give him ideas. Anyway - I've got a lot of screen shots of people's complaints and some of his company's replies from around 20th. I'd suggest now that some more are taken of the latest comments. No harm in posting it now as he's gone and done what I thought he might.
(I didn't take up the offers, just wanted to help in any way I could)
