I ordered the same i think but i ordered 2 lots of the festive, once when they were doing it with the cheese boards and galaxy and the second time when it included the honey set and the sweet hampers.

I also order the ltd edition one, did they put anything inside the hamper and did it also come with the retro sweet hamper and the membership to the hamper club?

Because I asked for mine earlier the ltd edition hamper wasn't in yet but is now on the way to me. It will come with xmas goodies.

I got mine in the post in about 4 days along with a lovely chocolate cup. Give them a ring if you need to use it sooner.

It says to click collect at delivery option to avoid delivery of £4.99 but haven't seen this option and paypal saying pay and still showing the £14.99 worried if click transaction will be completed at £14.99 went back at can't see anywhere I can alter this[/QUOTE] tick deliver to store. It tells you to.

I rang and they gave me the code over the phone.
  • I have just rung the, the delivery charge is a one off charge, if you wish to pick your own hamper every month just let them know at the beginning of the month and your choice of hamper will be sent out at the end of that month, the chap I spoke to was lovely

Hi, the only worry i have is the company has only been going since July 2012 and if they take your money up front whos to say the company will last 12 months, and what would happen to your money then.
Actually they are not a new company, this is their “About us” page - & the lady confirmed this when I was chatting to her in the shop ;)

Can anyone help me? So the deal of 12 hampers for £90, you're allowed to make your own hamper up to the value of £30. Does this £30 allowance include the cost of the wicker hamper itself (£10), giving you £20 to choose on contents?

Yes, £30 including the cost of the hamper & this depends which ones you choose – you can have any basket, tray hamper on the website. :D

See post 93 on page 5 of this thread for more details
