Court Order and Dps

I wonder if you can help me with a query I have.
We were granted a court order for a sum owed to us by a tenant last November. The Deposit Protection scheme currently holds the tenant's deposit and they have advised that if the court order is changed to show that the amount they hold is to be released to us then they will be able to release it.
Is this possible and if so please can you advise which form I would need to complete for this to be actioned.

Have you contacted the court? They can be very helpful and will obviously have access to the precise wording of the order and case notes. Have DPS put that into writing for you?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Hi yes the DPS have put this in writing and I contacted the court to ask the question but the response was very unhelpful saying they could not give legal advice - might try again and see if I can speak to someone else0
