Can anyone advise,I sold an item, overseas bidders are blocked & someone from Russia won it,I'm thinking they changed their location to UK to get around the block as I don't know how else they could have bid.
I told them i'm not shipping to Russia & I should have put them on my blocked bidder list & forgot, then they went and bought another item two days later.
They keep messaging asking for an invoice to pay postage.
I didn't want to send one item,I certainly don't want to send two to Russia, what's the best course of action here please?

If the item is not too big and went for less than £46 why not just work out the cost via Royal Mail and send it, a certificate of posting will give you the same cover as it does sending items in the UK.
If its on the large size or went for more money then just send a message apologising but you must have made a mistake with your settings and you are unable to post abroad. Remember to stay polite as they are able to leave you 2 lots of feedback.S.P.C member 1662 - target £3000 -
He obviously makes a habit of it as he has feedback from another seller saying they won't post overseas.0

I have shipped to Moscow and Ukraine (with customs form attached) quite a few times and never had any problems so far.0

I have shipped the odd item overseas before, but it's annoyed me if he's got around the block by being underhand because my settings are definitely correct I've checked.0
