Elderly grandparent want to put house in trust for grandchildren

I have had to administer as executor a will where age restrictions were imposed on the legacies. It complicates the process of administering the will and in the end the beneficiaries acted in the expected way when the money was released. Some used it wisely and one blew the lot in a few months. If this kind of behaviour would offend you then my advice would be don't leave them the money restricted or not.
