I had a line fault and reported this to BT so far it has been a week and not fixed.. I contacted their call centre, which seems not to be based here, I was told that I have to wait another week.... Does any body know their complaints phone number?

151 ? Faults deal with their own issues internally, if service is down they arrange for a line credit for the period you were out if service - but you usually have to request it.0
