SANTANDER - disturbing news

Just phoned Santander business banking to ensuire why an online payment had left our account THREE TIMES. Apparently this is a "known issue" which they are working hard to fix "as a matter of priority". They have agreed to refund the money but can't give me a timescale.
Fortunately this was a small payment but it could presumably just as easily emptied the company's account.
