I've just bought a house with OH and we were looking to set up a joint bank account to pay the mortgage and bills - I can't see any recommendations on the site. Have I just got my baby brain on? Can anyone suggest a goodun/say who to stay well clear of?

Santander's 123 account gives cashback on some bills paid by D/D, and pays interest on the balance. There is a £2 monhtly fee, but if your bills are big enough, the cashback will cover that and more. I think there's a calculator on their site. But it is Santander...
Have you read Martin's banking articles ? (See buttons at top of page.)0 -
I'd steer clear of Barclays - took us over an hour in-store to convert a single account into a joint. Unbelievably hard work.0

Have decided to go with the Santander 123 account - using the calculator, it reckons I'll earn £61/year without having a heck of a lot of money left in the account. If I take off the £24/year I need to pay for the account, I'll still end up with an extra £37/year in my back pocket. Not bad for not doing any saving and just paying the bills, thank you for the help!0
