Hi,
I went through the energyhelpline site and found it relatively painless. I spoke to a veryhelpful guy 'Ricky' on the phone.
Providing I knew my rough annual consumption (KWh or £'s) and whether I wanted dual fuel, fixed or green, then it was quite simple.
Or was mine just easy, I went for the EDF Energy Blue +Price Promise fixed till May 2014
PS
Thanks to members here who advised me earlier today.
