Exchange £7.50 tesco clubcard vouchers for a £15 new look card

Yes you can. I did it.

I got my gift cards with my shopping through the checkout. The SA just deducted the £15 voucher from the total of the shopping like any other voucher.

Call Clubcard rewards on
0808 100 0707 Option 2 and they will be able to help - they are aware of the problem and do have something in place to help.
however call asap as the expiry date of the exchange is fast approaching and they may not help if they have expired.

I have contacted Tesco on a number of occasions and each time been promised that the vouchers would just get posted out to me. Now i have been told that they do not know how long this will take and i am unlikely to receive them before christmas.

I am not the only person this has happened to, as Tesco has had to start up a database to list all the customers who have been let down by tesco so that they can eventually perhaps receive the vouchers.

They did offer to just refund my club card account with the original amount, and informed me that if they did this I would not receive the new club card vouchers until the next posting

I ordered £90 worth of these gift cards to give as presents. None of my local tescos has the cards in stock & when I phoned customer services I too was told they'd be posted out & I'd definitely receive them no later than 01 dec. still waiting & pretty furious now as it doesn't look like I'll get them now! Not a happy bunny
