Just seen a promotion on Tesco Clubcard Website where you can exchange £7.50 clubcard vouchers for a New Look Gift Card worth £15.
:j
There is limited availability as it says:
Tokens need to be ordered by 12 November and used by 16 November 2012. Hurry! Only 15,000 tokens available

Has anyone managed to exchange their vouchers?
We have looked in over 10 stores and not a single one stocks £15 giftcards (only £10 or £25)
And Tesco call centre were less than useful (telling us there weren't any in a 25 mile radius - like we didn't already know)Just seen a promotion on Tesco Clubcard Website where you can exchange £7.50 clubcard vouchers for a New Look Gift Card worth £15.

I got my voucher last Saturday - went to Tesco CS and SA showed me where the gift cards were - plenty of £15 cards there :-)0

I would ring them again and ask them to either get the store to order you one in, if that is possible, or failing that refund your points.
It is unreasonable to expect you to drive 25 miles to get it.0 -
We did ask if they could arrange for giftcards to be sent to our local store after the "there's none close by" statement, but I'm guessing that the chap at central customer services call centre was having a monday morning blues moment (very unhelpful)
We've tried the central customer services number again and are awating a call back (not holding much hope though).. still crossing fingersPOPPYOSCAR wrote: »I would ring them again and ask them to either get the store to order you one in, if that is possible, or failing that refund your points.

Well... I take it all back!
Just had a phone call from a very nice lady in central customer services and she's spent the last 45 minutes trying to work out what's going on with these giftcards. She managed to find out that they're not on display (but are stuck under the desk specifically for this deal - or so she was told). To cap it all, she'd tracked down my local store (only 200 yards away!) and spoke to the manager. On initial questioning he denied all knowledge of £15 giftcards, then after she told him she could see 18 in stock at his location, off he went to "double check" and hey presto.. there they were!!
Off now to "claim my prize" (might see if they can give me a 5p off fuel token to cover my travel expenses!!)

I exchanged mine yesterday.
Nearest store had just one left. CS said that the stand gets topped up by rep that comes in once a week.
Went to another store close by and they had loads.
You can if you want get the £25 one and pay the extra £10 as they just deduct the £15 voucher from the total of your bill when you go through the checkout.0 -

I too ordered one of these vouchers to exchange at my local branch only to be told that the £15.00 cards were not registering so I would have to travel 5 miles to the next branch!!
I don't think so..... returned to same branch today to ask again and eventually spoke to a Manager who took my details and rang me back to say they have sorted the problem and if I come back in and ask for her she will process if for me at customer services. Thanks Tesco :T
My advice is to go straight to Customer Services and ask for a Manager if it won't register at the check out:j0 -
None in my store that usually have all the different cards.. When I asked I was told that if I waited they would get them back in stock. So I have been going in every other day since then wwith no luck so today I went back to customer services and I was told they dont stock them .
Just told to ring clubcard as they have no idea who does stock them. This is very frustrating, i would be happy to get the £25 and pay extra but they said I couldnt do that. :-(OD £300/£800, CCard1 £11344/£11292,
CCard2 £4331/£4453
10k in 2013 £12,000\ £0
Sep 12 £15975/£16503 :eek:Today0
