Small query about reclaiming PPI & Credit Charges

Hi everyone,
I am starting the process of reclaiming missold PPI on a number of credit cards going back several years. I also want to reclaim unfair charges on teh credit cards.
Ive gone through, got all my transactions, listed them and prepared the letters, My query is this. Am I able to request both the PPI and the credit charges in one letter to the credit card company? Or do I have to do the PPI separately and then the charges?
I've downloaded all the templates Martin has provided and have read through all his notes but just unsure if its a problem if i tackle both issues in the one letter.
My other query is, are there certain addresses we need to send the complaint letters to or is it just the addresses on our statements?
It would be for, Barclaycard, Mint, MBNA and Marbles.
