Neb oven - Required temp delay

Hi.

I've noticed over the last week that a problem has developed with my oven (Brand = Neb b&q own brand).

Its a fan oven so usually i dont have to preheat it before i cook something. However, these last few days, its taking about half an hour to get to the required temperature. Eg. Last night i cooked potato wedges, i preheated the oven for 10 mins then cooked them for 30 minutes. After this time they should have been done but they were still rock hard. It took another 30-35 minutes until they were cooked.

Any ideas why this is happening?

It could be your thermostat or if it has multiple heating elements one could have failed, it would eventually get up to temperature but struggle to maintain the heat especially if the door has been opened.
