Driving to South Kensington

I am driving into South Kensington soon to take the family to one of the museums. We normally drive and park in the Imperial College Car Park off Exhibition Road (cheaper then buying train tickets).

It has been a while since we last been and they were still doing the works on Exhbition Road. I believe the works are done and now you cannot turn left onto it from Cromwell Road. What is now the best way/route to get to this car park from the A4 coming from the west.

Think you need to turn left off the A4 into Gloucester Road (SP Kensington) and follow it until you get to Kensington Road (A315) where you turn right. So effectively you come into Exhibition Road from the other direction.

I haven't driven round there recently, but can you go up Queen's Gate and along Prince Consort Road?
